Is all Tivon Fine Jewellery merchandise viewable online?

Not all our collections are featured online. Rather we have chosen to provide you with a taster of our most sought after collections

How do I order my selection of jewellery?

Once you have selected your jewellery item, simply contact us to find a dealer near you.

How will my order be delivered/shipped (within the UK)?

Orders are either posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery service or preferably collected directly from one of our official dealers. For shipping costs, please refer to our shipping cost guide. Please take note of our restriction on items posted outside the UK, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands.

Can I have my order shipped to an international location?

We accept orders from almost anywhere around the world but with a restriction on value. We reserve the right to refuse any offers of business.

How will my Tivon Fine Jewellery purchase be gift-wrapped?

Tivon Fine Jewellery signature packaging is provided with each purchase of our jewellery. When buying from our dealers, please insist on your TFJ product being delivered to you in official Tivon Fine Jewellery signature packaging.

Do RRP prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?

Tivon Fine Jewellery is a UK VAT registered entity and by law we are obligated to charge VAT at 20% on all sales. All RRP prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Purchases from Zero-rated countries, EEC member countries or countries with special tax status will not be charged the VAT. If you are uncertain which category your country falls in, kindly contact us.
